Virginie Millefiori was featured at the September 2011 French Culture Nights event
Virginie Millefiori jewelry creates unique pieces or small series.
In 2004 she took the plunge into the scientific experimentation of the jewel. Self-taught, she began working in polymer clay in particular with the millefiori technique that inspired the artist name. After being followed by jewelry at the Ecole Boulle in Paris and the Institute 92Y in New York, his palette has expanded metal work: plates and son of brass or silver are now his favorite materials. Each piece is carefully designed, sawed, filed, welded, polished, glazed and assembled by hand in his new studio New Yorkers.
